Layaway Policy

We offer layaway plans with 50% of purchase price down upon purchase and two months layaway with no interest charged on the remaining balance for the two month period. The remainder of payment, including shipping must be paid within the set two month interest free period. After two months 10% interest is charged monthly on the new accumulated total owing. If no further arrangements are made, or agreed upon for extension, and if payments made including accumulated interest are not received in full within six months, initial deposit becomes non refundable and item(s) on layaway become soul property of Joanies house of treasures, or returned to consignors.
